  The place itself is beautiful and if you were going in for a massage or body wrap I think you'd be SUPER happy (Jen's hands are MAGIC!). My issue with this center comes down to the "wellness" part. I DID not go there to lose weight. On my consultation I was honest and said that I do have body image issues and I constantly want to lose weight but I stress that my main goal was to feel less fatigued and less bloated. Let me tell you, there plan is ALL geared towards weight loss; they call it detox and maybe they believe that, but it is nothing but calorie restriction. This is great, if your goal is to lose weight, not so great if, like me, you have a history of disordered eating. My main issue isn't about the program itself. I don't think it does what it claims to do but I do think it has its benefits. My issue is that I had very unique health conditions and Dr. Roth was presented as a medical doctor, health expert, who could help me with these conditions. I asked the right questions, such as: "will my blood sugar be okay, is this safe for me considering my history, will my electrolytes stay balanced." He could have easily said go to my doctor to make sure and he'd be completely off the hook. He didn't do that, instead he gave me his guarantee that is was 100% safe and that I'd feel better after the twelve weeks. That didn't happen, in fact, I ended up getting very sick after a month. If this was a Jenny Craig Center or Weight Watchers, my illness would be on me; because they make no claims to be doctors or to offer medical advice. Dr. Roth did make that claim and he had no right to. His expertise begins and ends in the field of chiropractory. He is a chiropractor. He is not a dietician, he is not a PCP, he is not an RN with relevant training, he has not anything that would give him more qualifications on diet and nutrition than the average gym nut. He is a great guy and from what I've heard he is an excellent chiropractor, but he is unqualified to give medical advice on anything that doesn't fall under the scope of what he is trained in. A responsible person (let alone A doctor) would REQUIRE medical clearance from anyone who states they have some sort of health condition. A responsible person would say "this does not constitute medical advice" upon given me the diet plan because the fact that he is a doctor is irrelevant if he is not a doctor that has training in the type of services he is offering. By all means, If you are healthy and have the okay from your doctor then jump into this program, it does have some very good qualities. If you have any health issues (like most people who are looking to change their lifestyle do) PLEASE go to a primary care doctor or a specialist if you have a complex condition. Get blood work, get checked out, get their advice on whether this program is health for YOUR specific needs

  Dr. Roth’s program is unbelievable! I struggled to lose weight and get healthy and he truly helped me. I went in and everyone was so genuine and nice. I got a body wrap and took part in his weight loss program. I lost 25 pounds so far and I look and feel so good! I found it very affordable and I would recommend this program to anybody.
